"Better the then the DMV"
"I went to the San Luis, AZ office to use their MVD service. I went in to get a new registration and decal, since I lost the one I ordered online days earlier. I told the guy at the first service booth if they could give me a new registration/decal and he guy said yes, but it’s going to be $20.55. I agreed and gave him my debt card and drivers license to process the payment. After charging my debit card he gave me a copy of a temporary registration and a receipt for the $5.00 AZ MVD fee. He then advised me I would receive the decal in approximately 2-3 weeks. He FAILED to explain that they could not give me the registration and decal there. I felt like I was tricked/scammed of my money. I could’ve done that myself online with my cellphone, if I wanted to wait the 2-3 weeks and would’ve payed only $5.00. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!"
