"The providers are fine, friendly for the most part. The billing is shady and mistrusting. I switched to this practice during my first pregnancy and everything was great. On my second pregnancy now and they automatically enroll you in a global payment plan without talking to you about it, which I did not have with my first. In fact I got the bill for upfront payment and still have not gotten the explanation of a "monthly payment plan." Having the OPTION of a payment plan is nice, but requiring payment for services not rendered seems wrong. Especially with how many variables there are in pregnancy and with mine going between 2 years. They don't know my company isn't going to change insurances which could change the amount owed. Just because they have issues with patients not paying in the past, doesn't mean they should treat all their patients like they don't know how to pay their bills. Edited to add that I did end up delivering at 3 months early and because of the global billing plan had to add calling (multiple time) and asking for a refund to the list of thing I had to do during a difficult time. Patients do not feel like a priority at this practice."

"My appointments would get cancelled and I wouldn’t be told until I was in the office. Waste of time and money considering I’d call off work to attend appointments. The provider also dropped my insurance without any warning. I put my postpartum care in their hands. Horrible place. I felt that there was a bias against me here by the provider and it’s an awful feeling."

"Loved this facility. Easy to get to, great friendly people in office. Doctors were very attentive and explained all facets of treatment in layman terms where I could be certain that I received the best information available. Will recommend to all my family and friends."

"The NP I saw, Cynthia Ayoub was great. Besides that, everything else was TERRIBLE. I was referred there to have some testing done. They had me do an initial appointment ($150) because I was a new patient. Then another appointment for the testing ($150) and I adamantly asked how much this would cost. I made sure she had checked with my insurance first so I could make an informed decision on whether I wanted to spend the money or not. I paid up front for the appointment and then was later billed another surprise $150 for a pathologist. I'm sure they could have seen that coming and could have let me know. Also, at both appointments, the front desk girl was rude and it felt like she and another staff member were whispering about me. She asked me for a urine sample and I asked why and she said for a pregnancy test. I told her there is no way I'm pregnant and no thank you and to let the doctor know I didn't need one. I had two more people condescendingly ask me to leave a urine sample and I pretty much had to shout at the last nurse to tell her I AM NOT PREGNANT AND I DON'T NEED A DRINK OF WATER AND SOME TIME SO I CAN LEAVE A URINE SAMPLE. I'm sorry but I'm 46 with two kids and I know that after not having sex for a year there is no way I am pregnant unless Jesus has come back so stop asking me. They. need to improve their billing practices, stop trying to tack on some extra money with their $25 dollar pregnancy tests, and train their staff on how to respect patients. Love the idea of Women for Women but it definitely seems like there is some profit-seeking man behind their business practices."
