"Dr. Klaushie is educated, skilled and well trained per her biography. I consulted with her and met with her a few times over an 18-month period. She was always thorough and answered all my questions. I felt comfortable and found her to be kind. For these reasons I chose her to perform my surgery. If I was rating Dr. Klauschie on these skills alone, I would give her 5 stars. The day after my surgery, I had an unfortunate experience with her staff during my office visit. In hindsight I must be more critical of medical personnel performing procedures on me and understanding their qualifications and limitations. I expected Dr. Klauschie would want to be made aware of this unfortunate incident, not only for her business but for my wellbeing and recovery. As a member of the medical community myself, I also felt a sense of responsibility to future patients. I made multiple requests to speak with Dr. Klauschie. Instead, other members of her staff called me. During my last visit, 6 weeks post-surgery, Dr. Klauschie did not acknowledge what happened to me the day after surgery in her office and she failed to address why she did not respond to my requests to speak with me. I left her office disappointed and feeling sad for the next patient, as well as for a very talented surgeon. Her lack of acknowledgement, accountability, and concern for my wellbeing are the main reasons for my 2-star rating."

"After almost a year of appointments with her, I finally had surgery scheduled for tomorrow. At pre-op, I saw MA, Allison. She did NOT tell me to stop taking my fish oil supplement. I was NEVER notified to stop taking this. Due to this, Dr. Klauschie just today canceled my surgery for TOMORROW!!! I am beyond frustrated and will find another doctor for my surgery. At my pre-op, Dr. Klauschie met with me at the end, only at my request. I was nervous about the big surgery and wanted some reassurance from the surgeon. She quickly went over the facts and made me feel like she had somewhere better to be and I was wasting her time. I wanted to cancel the surgery then but I had put so much effort and time into it already. I had gone through all the tests and bloodwork that she required, waited many months to get my surgery scheduled, only to have her cancel at the last minute due to an error on her part. She should have verified my medications or had competent staff that could handle it. Also, when I scheduled my post op (no longer an issue but wanted to mention), I asked specifically to see her. She told me that she does NOT see patients after surgery and that the PA takes care of all of that. She refused to allow me to make an appointment with her directly. The first time I met Dr. Klauschie, I got a very standoffish feeling and I thought maybe she was just having a bad day. But the few other times I have seen her, I got the same feeling. It felt like to me that she did not really care about me as a patient. She may be good at her job but her bedside manner is seriously lacking. I was planning to change doctors after the surgery because I had put so much into getting this organized and I did not want to have to start over. Thanks to Dr. Klauschie, I will now need to do that anyways. I am not sure who posted those older highly rated reviews but Dr. Klauschie certainly does NOT treat all of her patients well."

"At the suggestion of my Primary Care doctor this last January, I made an appointment with Dr Klauschie and soonest appointment I could get was March 24th, a 3 month wait. In meantime, I was sent a 25 page questionnaire that I printed and filled out. One week before my appointment I was called to reschedule due to doctor not being in that day. I could see the P/A but I prefer on my first visit to see the doctor. I agreed to reschedule thinking they would work me into their schedule within a couple of weeks. No, the soonest they could schedule me was the end of April! Now that becomes a 4 month wait. Not acceptable...I felt like they were trying to appease me but making it difficult to be a patient of hers. I will find another doctor that even though I will have a wait time to schedule , maybe I will feel like they really are accepting new patients and not just going though the motions."

"Dr Klauschie procedure for patients with chronic urinary tract infections is not acceptable and irresponsible for medical care. I rate it as the worst I’ve ever had. I drove across town to her northern office with my past 2 uti culture results in hand. The reason I had them because I had been on 2 different antibiotics in less then a month and wanted them to see all of my resistance thus far. They didn’t really care I insisted the PA look at the reports. I waited 4 days for culture results (which is normal). I started calling on day 4 around 2:30 pm pleading for someone to find my lab work in order to send an antibiotic to my pharmacy. The answer I kept getting was they were waiting for someone to sign off on paperwork. It took 2 days for someone to sign off on lab results. The answer was the same I will send a message to someone. Office protocol and procedures need to be revisited. After gripping and calling numerous of times triage nurse left a message she sent drug to pharmacy with no explanation. I called back and asked to talk with Marcy so I could verify lab results were read and they were not just wanting to appease me with an everyday antibiotic. If you are in dire need go to urgent care at least the lab results you can sign on portal to see."

"After total hysterectomy ( not Dr K.!) I had a host of other problems as a result of the surgery. One being prolapsed bladder. I went to 2 urologist Drs, the first said learn to live with it and the second was very arrogant and said when i was in better health to come back and He might help! So when i found Dr K and she examined me, clearly expained procedure. Her entire office staff nurses assistants and partner (she said it takes 4 hands for surgery,Dr Latowski) set up the appointments, surgery, payments and at a wonderful new outpatient hospital. She was absolutely correct! I felt better the minute after surgery! She is a urologist and gynecologist, the best Dr. I've ever been to and about our medical system. But Dr. Jennifer Klauchie and Dr. Latowski are like hitting the health lottery.ive become very jaded and about our health system and alot of bad doctors."
