"Amazing tour of the Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam with Steven our pilot! Fantastic views on the ground at Eagle Point and a beautiful short hike at Guano Point. Then a spectacular helicopter ride into the canyon to do a short boat trip on the Colorado river. Unforgettable tour! Frustratingly though there was a lot of waiting around at the Grand Canyon Scenic Airlines base, mostly due to a very late return shuttle. The website explicitly stated 7 hours door to door, however our trip was over 8.5 hours. If you have a specific deadline to be back in Vegas for then that could be a major issue. Thankfully I had enough of a buffer that this wasn't an issue but all that wait time still left me exhausted. There should have been clearer communication about the delay but there was none"

"First off I would like to say the captain was knowledgeable and friendly. However after being so excited to sit by the window and paying the $15 window fee (which I should be reimbursed seeming as everyone got a window seat no matter what) I was let down. My assigned seat was under the wing with a pole interfering the view. Although I am grateful this plane had wings to keep us afloat I believe that that seat should be kept for people who don’t mind an obstructed view. I was disappointed that all my views and pictures were ruined with a wing and pole. Pictures for reference… My recommendations are either get rid of the wing or seat a blind person there who wouldn’t know. The views on the ground however were spectacular!"

"Amazing experience. Picked up from our hotel in a limo. Short ride to the airport to check in for our flight. Approximately 40 minute flight to the Grand Canyon, passing over the Hoover Dam and Lake Mead. Landed in the Canyon where we had plenty of time to take it all in and get some photos before having our champagne picnic. Smooth flight back and down the strip at sunset. Pilot was great. All in all an amazing experience!"
