"I had a robotic hysterectomy by Dr Chen after being a patient for over 17 years and because I did not pay my bill in full immediately (his charges were outrageous and my insurance could not get them negotiated to a normal average fee for the procedure) and it took me a few months (6) to fully pay the bill they sent me a letter saying they were no longer my doctor. This is not how you treat patients, also my daughter and several friends were his patients."
