"absolutely without a doubt the SLOWEST fast food in the planet. my average wait time is 15-20 minutes and there’s only 3 cars ahead of me?! how are they soooo slowwww??? also i ordered a bbq pulled pork CHEESEBURGER and they forgot the CHEESEBURGER."
"Keeping the drive-in style alive. Meal options are on par for fast food Cheeseburgers and fries, But sonic's strength is in the desert options of milkshakes and Sonic blasts, a thicker milkshake with candy or other toppings mixed in."
"Had to throw 4 burritos away because they kept messing them up. Ordered 2 supersonic burritos with no jalapeño and bacon instead of sausage. Got my replacements and they had no jalapeño but still had sausage. Called back and she said “that wasn’t said when you called or ordered” as if I don’t have my original receipt that says bacon instead of sausage and didn’t call around 4 other people that heard me say bacon instead of sausage. I’ll be waiting for that refund. The girl that brought me my food both times was nice though."
"Wow…typically you can count on Sonic…but not this one! Chicken was bad - not the typical crunchy breading that I would be used to…but more like something that had been sitting in a warmer for hours…flat - overcooked or over warmed even?! Fries were old, Luke warm, and the Texas toast was flat, overcooked and bland. Either Sonic is suffering through the last two years and cutting the quality of their food, or this place is just not meeting the standard…"
