"I rate this agent as one star. I’ve been a customer for over a year. And at the end of my policy, my rates went from $203 to $356! Right before Christmas, they deducted this from my account. They didn’t bother to tell me that the discounted rates were no longer on my policy since I didn’t update them. And now I had to wait until my rennual to update them. Email after email, phone call after phone call talking with Caesar Mendez about this mix up and nothing was ever resolved. I was given the run around for 4 months! Until I finally said enough was enough and I cancelled my policy. A common courtesy call or email stating that I should update my discounts so that I don’t lose them would have sufficed. But they are all about the money. It shows. They will screw you over the second that you’re not looking."

"Every time I need to call this office I have a better chance communicating with the dead. Got told I would called back by the end of the business day and don’t get called till the next day. Get told I’ll get call back or text back with and answer to my question. Never get called. I will be canceling my insurance"

"Allstate is the worst insurance I ever work with. I can never get in contact with anyone if I have any problems with my insurance and always have to go through a hassle to talk to someone. One time it took me 2 days to reach someone about my insurance because some how they add a extra person on my insurance without my authorization and brought my bill to 600 dollars. I am so feed up with Allstate, ever time I turn around my bill keep going up. Allstate is the worst insurance possible I will never get Allstate again since I been with Allstate for a year, I had two agents and never talked to them as I tried to get in contact with them because it's always going to voicemail and they never call back. ALLSTATE IS THE WORST INSURANCE IN AMERICA"
