"Its a functional space for different activities. Great location, building is in great shape well kept up. Basically the building has two big size bathrooms, a small size room for a meeting/gather (might fit 20 people in it) an area to prepare food, the main area is all open with high ceilings and the floor is tile (i believe the front of the building is glass and there are two glass doors for the entrance. There is also a back entrance that has a very small parking lot. Parking isn't the best especially if there is an event going on downtown."

"The space was perfect for the event that was hosted there (Kingman Comicon) and the A/C worked amazingly. My only problem was the property owner did not make sure all facilities were stocked with the necessities before it had been rented for said event."

"Fun spot for local crafts. Dragons, Soap, and yummy Baked goods are just a few highlights. Food truck outside also and right near Route 66 tourist area."

"Open space to have an event. Saw Adam London Comedy Magician. Adam was funny and entertaining. The audience was very receptive to participation."

"Went to the Pitchfork Market. Was blown away!! It was awesome. 40 vendors, food trucks outside. Most vendor prices were reasonable. Even had a live band. RUN was their name, and they were excellent."
