"Recently relocated to the PHX area for my career. I unfortunately needed to service one of my speakers, so I had to find a new dealer in the area. I'm glad I found this place. These guys sell some of the highest quality gear you can find, and they really know their products. I brought my speaker in to get serviced, and John took care of me right away. He also updated me on the progress of the speaker and answered all the other questions I had. They treated me very well and I am grateful for the excellent customer service. Can't wait to be back and make some upgrades. Highly recommended!"
"Purchased demo speakers and after sales support was not satisfactory. After having the speakers sent, I inspected and the condition was not as advertised. I offered to pay return shipping and they refused. They offered too pay for an automotive expert to work on the cosmetic issues of the speakers, which was my only option. Part of the speaker ports were also blocked so could not access them. The owner commented on how I got the speakers at a great price, but the price is irrelevant if the condition is not as expected. For the premium price paid for the speakers, the after sales service was terrible. Far too many better audio dealers across the US, so would recommend going else."
