Walmart Pharmacy

"I've been using this pharmacy for almost a year now and usually have a great time, 5 stars all the way. All of the pharmacy techs are nice and I've never had issues getting my scripts filled. I've never had any interactions with the pharmacist before because I've never really needed to talk about the medication specifics, but the last time I went in I did and had a kind of lacking interaction with the Pharmacist, Kenny I think, which is where the 2 stars are coming in. I wanted to know about interactions with a new extra strength OTC pain killer because I have a minor heart issue and wanted to make sure combining medications would be okay. Not only did he not really ask why I was concerned or what OTC meds I started using, but he didn't seem interested in really addressing my concerns. It's not the biggest issue for me, but I worry about anyone who might have a more serious concern and receive inaccurate or lackluster consideration. I'll just make sure to talk to my doctor if I have any real medication issues in the future I guess."

"I used this pharmacy for the past year and never had any issues. Medication was refilled promptly, never had to wait long in store, & all the tech’s were friendly. I am switching to another location and bummed that I might not have the experience. I highly recommend this pharmacy!"

"Waited 45 minutes for a COVID shot for my 12 year olds. We were the only people waiting. Then the pharmacist told us she couldn’t give us the shots because they had other vaccinations at the doctor’s office a few days prior. The pediatrician explicitly had said getting a COVID shot right after was OK but the pharmacist thought she knew more than the doctor. My kids start school soon and if they get COVID I am holding both Walmart and the pharmacist personally responsible."
