"You have to listen to a really slow automated phone session for two and a half minutes before you can request to speak to someone, and then the phone rings for another 2 minutes and then they hang up on you. The first time you think oh well maybe something happened. But the next couple of times you're like wow, I should probably try Fry's pharmacy."

"I use this location because it is close to my home. They must be very busy as every time I have dropped off a prescription they tell me it will be 2-3 hours before it's filled. Also, I recently dropped off a prescription with them, it took them 24 hours to call me to say that they had to order it as they were out."
