"I was paired up with Dr. Francisco Amaya by my insurance company. I wanted to give him a try-best decision I made. Dr. Amaya is very professional, knowledgeable and caring. His staff is kind and professional. Honestly, I don’t mind the 20 minute drive to get to my doctor. Thank you!"

"It was a nightmare experience. They lie and tell me a different appt time even though I tell them I cannot make it unless I can be there for a short period because I leaving work. I get there over AN HOUR early and asked the front why they would tell me the wrong time then tell me to come early on top of it. I get no acknowledgement. I wait an hour and a half just for the doctor to finally come and for a normal inhaler refill, she signs me up for every test imaginable in life because I have insurance so why not right? What a scam. She puts me as overweight on my chart even though I’m not and ignores that I work out 45 minutes a day. Even though I tell her it’s urgent to get back to work, she holds me hostage for another hour. I ask her why the front lied about my appt time and she ignores me. I finally leave with a prescription and a very high level of anxiety. But have to return the next day for a hard copy the pharmacy requests. The front desk spends 20 minutes ignoring me while I stand right there and then acts like it’s a foreign concept that the doctor left a hard copy for me. Are they even awake??? So, I go pick up my prescription and the manager to fill it for flonaise! Instead of an inhaler and apparently caused a lot of problems because their paperwork was not filled out correctly. I tell the pharmacist about my nightmare and about 3 women come up to tell me that they have all had nightmare experiences going to that practice and give me a name of a better practice they now all go to. If you have 2-3 hours to waste and enjoy running around and having to do a lot of unecessary work and tests, go there. If not, find somewhere else."

"I was so pleased with my experience going for my first blood draw at Coolidge. Usually it is very difficult with several painful attempts, however this time was smooth as silk. Everyone was lovely and welcoming. The Coolidge office is my new home."

"I’ve gone here for years and my kids have as well. They are always available for us when we need sick visits, usually within a day. The front desk lady (I think Berta) has been there for many years and is always happy to assist. MA’s are also nice too, never a bad attitude. They are always on top of referrals and orders as well. Dr. Amaya listens to his patients and I feel like he tries having us involved in our own care and does make it a point to listen and answer questions. If you’re looking for a good PCP, I would recommend this clinic for sure."
