"This office charges for services they don’t provide. Dishonest ! When making an initial appointment I stated this is just yearly physical check up. When I arrived and was asked what brings me here, I clearly stated “ I’m ONLY here for yearly check up for my insurance” I also added that I’m glad to have this done since I haven’t had insurance in 20 years” Dr. Randi Nicole Keesee did the basic check up, and proceeded to ask me if there’s anything else I’d like to ask her. So I thought, since I’m a new patient, how nice that she really genuinely wanted to get to know me as her patient. So I did,. There were few things that I asked, but it was something that I feel she should have told me anyway. For example if it’s time for me to go see dermatologist at my age. My 30min “preventative care visit”ended up with an extra charge of an office visit which insurance didn’t cover . And when I contacted the office with the insurance lady on the other line with me, they directed us to some “manager” with very strong accent who was extremely rude. And after Insurance lady asked him to consider first time office visit forgiveness of the charge or maybe partial discount, he promised to contact me within few weeks with his decision. Well guess what, he NEVER reached out to me. But what he DID was -he sent my bill to collections agency!!!"

"The phlebotomist was great she gets 5 stars but the front desk lady was not friendly to me. She was only friendly to those you could tell where regulars she never once acknowledged me and even came into the exam room to ask how much longer she would take with me cause another patient was trying to rush them. Not professional at all."

"Dr. Nicole is one of the best doctors I’ve ever had! I was previously going to Sun Life and I was dissatisfied with the providers there. It was a breath of fresh air meeting with Nicole. I felt heard and she happily answered all of my questions and concerns which I feel is hard to find in a doctor nowadays. From receptionist to labs, every one was kind and I appreciate them.
