"Needless to say but when I started off with the rental insurance, was very pricey. Then a year later to renew, the policy went $200 more!!! I was in a very tight income and a single parent. I felt that this is taking advantage and when I call Paul to cancel my policy because I really cannot afford it anymore, he was super rude on the phone and hung up on me. I had to call the main corporation to explain to the situation why I cannot manage to hold on to the policy. Believe to say, I will not recommend this farmer insurance company to anyone."
