The apartment had been renovated and was just perfect for my family. We have wonderful new hardwood floors, fresh paint, new fixtures; it is a wonderful place to live. It's very quiet and peaceful. "Hey There! We lived in the Coronado Apartments for a full year and only moved due to my husband changing jobs or we would have stayed! We lived in a 3 bedroom 2 bath and it was so lovely, spacious and perfect for us. The open kitchen made it easy to have more than one person in there, the entire floor plan had so much space and storage. For the price it is incredible. While living here, we had positive experiences with neighbors, maintenance and the office staff; they underwent a lot of changes recently with new ownership and it is for the better. Amanda is genuine andis always there to assist with anything you need. We would recommend these apartments to everyone. Go check them out!"

"I live here and aside from a few problems with getting repairs done in a timely manner I have loved living here. It's a surprisingly quite neighborhood and it always looks nice. The people are friendly and the office staff are usually very helpful. 90% of the time repairs are done the day a request is submitted or within 2-3 days."
