"This was the 2nd time visiting Dr Robert Lundell in Queen Creek Banner. He prescribed a higher dose of metformin last week and I had a serious adverse reaction. He said this was a beginning dose even though it was the highest ive been on in 18yrs... without knowing my A1C level. He did not show any empathy or concern. Yet, he says in his professional videos that these qualities are the hallmarks of his practice. Later, after I asked a few clarifying questions and mentioned i didnt want to simply be pushed medication he said he did not want to continue the patient doctor relationship citing reasons that were never given. His people skills and bedside manners are deplorable! i would definitely avoid this doctor."

What makes him above average is his patience, his understanding, willingness to listen to you, lots of knowledge and willingness to explore things with you and really spend time on anything you need, he doesn’t rush you, and makes sure you’re heard and feel taken care of. Personality is casual, and chill. I like him a lot."
