"I went in for a physical over a year ago. Physicals are fully covered under my health insurance. When i was called back, the nurse asked me for my height and weight and checked ny pulse. Doctor came in and listened to my breathing. She asked if I had any concerns, which I told her about one concern. She responded that she could do nothing for that, but could refer me out for testing, to which I declined as it wasn't that large of a bother. I later got a bill in the mail where I was charge for my physical and a "sick" visit in the same setting. The bill was for several hundrd dollars and my isurnce took care of most of it beside $106. When I called about this I disputed the bill stating I wasn't treated for anything. They claimed because I brought up other concerns it turned into a sick visit. I told them the doctor asked me a question and I responded and I do not see how that warrants several hundred dollars for not being treated. I asked for a call back from a billing supervisor, which I never received. Today, I received a call from the billing department stating I owe then $106. I explained I will not pay for a service I did not receive, to which they responded they would just send me to collections. I ask led to speak with a billing supervisor and they said one would call me back. This is a very unprofessional practice and will never return here."

"Hoping to establish care closer to home. The provider (Haag) did not listen to my concerns and pretty much dismissed me saying the test would be normal. When I pushed back she agreed to do it. Don’t have much confidence she will help me figure out what is wrong. Did not brainstorm any other possibilities. Would not recommend. Look elsewhere"

"Had a appointment with Jenny Haag this morning. I don’t understand how a place of business would hire a individual like her. She needs to be fired. Worst experience ever. Shortest appointment ever. I got up and walked out about 3 minutes into the appointment. The look of disgust on her face and the way she acted towards me was flat out disrespectful and unprofessional. I will find another Dr’s office to take my money. In fact I wouldn’t go back even if they said every appointment from here on out is free…I will never again in my life spend a penny at Queen Creek Health Center. I should probably apologize to the two office ladies as I’m sure I startled them when I said that lady is a _________ bit&@ on my way out the front door. Unreal"

"Please bring in a great Dr. soon! I have been going to this office for 22 years and I have seen great Dr's (Lamb, Brooks & NP Amber Robers) whom I absolutely loved and sadly they have moved on! I thought I would try the current NP and it was the worst experience I've had in all my years. Don't waste your time with Jenny Haag."
