"Been here about 2 yrs. It's about 4am... laying here , I can hear my neighbors snoring and farting through the wall. On Lucky nights you can get the local wild life (rats) crawling and scratching its way through the wall no lie. I can only imagine the rest of the property has the same issues. And now they allow air bnb rentals, So there's new people every other day being noisy out front. Welcome to franks Roach apartments.update. construction and repairs are now allowed past 10pm..yes the front office allows this to happen. Update Sept 23. Had cox come out to activate a cable outlet in a bedroom. The outlets arecfake?!! The tech couldn't get a signal. Followed the line connected to no where. Said the outlets are for show only. Only cable outlet that's real is in the living room."

"I rented this unit paid Cor Bregman ( owner ) at referral realty $ 3388.50 for one month. My husband is sick so we are at Mayo Clinic, and do not live in Arizonia. Upon arriving at unit # 1077 we were welcomed with 4 gigantic roaches laying around dead in the unit, a washing machine that sounded like a train coming through the room ( also didn't spin the clothes ) a air conditioning unit that I was told I could not turn down past 76 or it would freeze he kept $1388.50 of my money and we were ther for 1 hour. The place was dirty and smelled also. SEE what you are paying for first! This guy is a slum lord. DO NOT RENT FROM HIM! He said he owns 25 other units, BEWARE!"
