"We have been seeing Dr. Mike for a year and a half. Every time we leave I’m glad that we finally found a solid pediatrician that we plan to stick with for all of our kids. He’s funny, he listens, he has incredible bedside manner, the kids love him, my 3yr old got a shot and didn’t cry or even whimper!! He’s also great with newborns and troubleshooting those feeding issues. Very impressive, and relatable guy. Highly recommend. Also we love the new office! They’re in Suite 203 of the Gilbert Health Medical Center."

"I'm not one to write reviews but I really felt the need to write one here, specially cause it has to do with my children. My daughter who is now 2 months, had been seen since birth. The first visit was OK. The doctor was super quick, seemed rushed. But since everything was okay with my daughter at the moment - I didn't mind. We went back for her 1 month- and things had changed drastically. I knew something was wrong with my daughter, she would cry bloody murder everything I'd put her down after a feeding. And would make wheezing noises, arch her back during feedings. I went to that appointment crying, feeling like a terrible mom, getting little to no sleep, and I had also know that babies typically get a vaccine at their 1 month but my baby didn't get one, which was unusual but they're the professionals right? And to top things off it turned out she wasn't gaining any weight. I explained this to the doctor and she just suggested we supplement with ether my pumped breast milk or formula. & was told she was just a colicky baby and would grow out of it. We went with formula- but never said a thing about the other symptoms. So there I go going home with a crying baby. The visit was again so quick, like she was rushed. Almost made me feel like I was going crazy. She regarded my concerns and said to come back a week later. We did- again, she seemed so rushed. I had tons of questions. But it almost seemed as if I never got answers on my daughters behavior, mind you this is my 3rd baby! After that I just decided not to go back. And tried a new clinic. Today my daughter is 2 months we went to our 2 month check up, turns out my daughter had extreme acid reflux. And DID need her shot at her 1 month appointment. She was put on a different formula and on medication. I'm not really angry. I'm just sad. How do you just not listen to what the mother is telling you? And all the reviews about the receptionist are true. They will hang up on you, and are just plain rude."

"So far we love this practice. We were with another practice for the longest time never really loving but moved and are so glad to have found this practice. Dr. Kipp is always so friendly and takes his time no matter what the visit is for. Front office staff it's hit or miss but the nurses are all so great as well! Have sent my friends and family here and they all love this office."

"We've seen almost every doctor there. Our kids love each one! We've been going there for almost 4 years with our two small children and they love it. They somehow squeeze us in when it's urgent and are fairly patient when we run up a huge bill. The sick waiting room is nicely seperate from non-sick waiting room."
