"After bouncing around from pediatrician to pediatrician after not being happy with the level of care, my baby saw Dr. Shah today for her 6 month old well check. I loved that I was able to call yesterday, not have to wait at all to speak to someone on the phone, and was able to book a late afternoon appointment for the next day (which is surprisingly really difficult, even though there’s got to be other working moms out there...). Dr. Shah and all of the members of her staff were so kind and actually took interest in my baby even though they probably see a hundred kids every week. I felt so welcomed! I loved our visit with Dr. Shah—she is very sweet and it’s obvious she is very knowledgeable. The nurses/medical assistants were also very sweet and took the time to actually talk to me rather than treat me and my baby like just another patient and mom.
