"I will not recommend this. We requested Dr. Shakoor since we realized that there was nothing you can really get from Mary Margaret, especially when we heard her say her famous line of "I don't know, I was not there." - after my daughter's surgery for follow up visit/checkup. The compassion for patient and basic knowledge of care are displaced. She is just good in monitoring weight and height and nothing more. Unfortunately, on our last visit, Dr. Shakoor was on emergency leave and we had no choice but to see her again...this time, I had enough. She was rude, unprofessional and condescending to say the least. This was not the first encounter we had with her which she exhibited poor bedside manners but countless times since we brought my daughter here, who was then a newborn and is now turning 3yo. I never made time to right a review of any sort but this one is worth all my time, as this might help anyone especially those parents who are seeking guidance, support, genuine care or any help they could get for their child. If your child needs more than shots or routine visits and you have no choice but to go to this place, then seek for Dr. Shakoor instead, than settle with Mary Margaret. At the end of the day, you want a competent provider with good bedside manners."

"Never EVER bring your children here! They treated my daughter and I horribly! Even the doctors at the ER they referred us to can’t believe how we were treated! But of course they had to take our money and try to justify it before they told us to kick rocks. It’s so funny that they tried to justify their charges, but I explained everything to the ER doctors and they told me that Chandler Pediatrics are full of it. They are pure evil and could care less about your children. It wasn’t always this way… I loved this place when my daughter was young. Too bad. Ps: the ER is super annoyed with the wording of your Dr. note as well. Couldn’t have just referred her to get imaging done like my Dr did? Nope go bog down the system at an ER. Evil evil people."
