"I've been here since 2012! Great location, Jack has brought this place way up! He works very hard, this place used to be a total disaster! I don't understand where he gets the motivation! Now we have Joe helping out! He works hard and let's see where he'll take us!Susan always helps out and.we hate to lose them !"

"We love our apartment! The neighbors are friendly and watch out for one another. Our shining star is Jack the maintenance man. He is always working hard to keep the place looking good and running smoothly. If you have a problem or maintenance concern he is always right on it! He also sincerely cares about the kids in our community and is always keeping an out for their safety. We are very thankful to live here!"

"Moved here a few months ago and I am extremely happy with the apartment, the grounds and the area. Jack is amazing and always goes out of his way to help. Jack has made incredible improvements to the complex. He works very hard every single day to continue to make the complex a little hidden gem in Cave Creek."

"-5 stars Very disgusting and unsafe. Apartment 215 leaves nothing but a fire hazard of matches and cigarette butts outside their patio. I feel unsafe that they put out their cigarettes on the carpeted balcony and leave burnt matches everywhere. On top of that, they constantly yell and argue having no respect for others.The worst part is that the leaseholder, the mother , leaves alone a schizophrenic that does nothing but play loud music and talks to himself. I was considering moving in however, I'd rather not deal with drug addicted neighbors or an apartment complex burning down to their idiocy."

"NO Manger on site!! The previous comment that states a manager is on site is a complete and total flat out lie!! I live here and have lived here for over a year and ever since the last Manager that lived on site was fired in October 2016, No manager is on site and the property company that they claim owns the place states they're not associated with this place! I am totally and completely done with this so called management and no replies to any of my issues! I have taken matters to the town manager to look into the issues since no one is ever present here and no one claims to own this dump! Stay away!!! P.S. The last thing this dump needs is a swimming pool, the kids currently run around in the parking lot unsupervised and I sure they will drown if that dump of a pool has water in it! Maybe, they should use that money to clean up the piles of trash, old furniture and mattresses that are laying around! Other Issues: Multiple Illegal people living in one residents and many of these apartments have this going on, laundry room is trashed with trash piled all over and the machines either don't work or take your money, when you see the resident who is paralyzed in a wheelchair trying to clean it up then OMG something gotta give - come on people get your act together! I can go on forever with the problems and issues this place has, but something needs to be done yesterday!! This place is a total embarrassment to the Town of Cave Creek!!"
