Didn't care about repairs until they felt it was potentially losing them money. Refused to let me speak to my property manager directly even in an emergency situation. I'd rather live in my truck than rent through them again."

"Rita Weiss is the owner and operator of Desert Canyon Properties. I have tried other professional rental property management companies but had issues arise with communication and follow-though. Not with Rita Weiss! Rita is hands-on, responds immediately, proactive and takes care of issues as soon as they arise. On top of this, Rita and Desert Canyon is by far the best priced rental management company around. We have had issues with renters that need appliance repairs, appliance replacements, tree removal and many other concerns. Rita has teams of people that do all these jobs are far better prices than I could find. I often did try to find better prices but could not. Her teams always did excellent work as well, solving each tenant issue permanently. Because of Desert Canyon's personalized, friendly approach I was able to be a very hands-off landlord. Even when renters chose to leave the premises, Rita was able to locate a new, qualified renter in a short amount of time. On top of rental management, Rita is a licensed realtor and highly qualified. She knows everything about the market in the Maricopa City area and assisted me professionally in other property deals. I highly, highly recommend her.
