Avilla Grand

"I really love living here! I am proud to call this place my home. Everything is brand new and most of my neighbors seem friendly. The staff is fantastic and they really make it easy to love it here. The parking spaces are wide enough that you are not sandwiched in between cars. The landscaping is beautiful. The pool and grills are all very nice. My only complaint is that the airforce jets are really loud when flying overhead. Living by the train, the horn can be a little loud at times but not overwhelmingly loud. The only thing I would suggest is installing a pet door for people who have pets so they can go in and out the backyard with ease."

"Beautiful homes, friendly staff, and relaxing area. We have been here since August, came from California, and fell in love with this community. Plenty of walking paths to walk my Luna and the staff are so friendly to here. The mantanince crew always have a smile and a "Good Morning or Afternoon" for us."

"It's really beautiful. Brand new community that's still being built. Individual apartments, all first floor. Built like small homes with backyards. That's really awesome. However, they do not have dining rooms per se. Apartments are not large but adequate. They are priced by square footage but do have a lot of storage. I viewed the 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Very nice. They have garages at extra cost. No age or dog limitations. Take a look for yourself. It may work for you."

"I have been living at the Avilla grand for for a few months now and I love it. Its beautiful, quiet, pet friendly, and very clean, definitely a good place to call home. The Staff is awesome, smiling faces soon as you walk into the office. Mc Kenzie and crew rocks everyone is very nice, welcoming & friendly. The maintenance crew keeps the property beautiful.
