octors were incredibly friendly and professional. Dr. Davis was attentive, thorough, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The office itself is modern, clean, and welcoming. I highly recommend Regency Dermatology to anyone in need of dermatological care in the Phoenix area.

"Would not recommend this place. Had to get surgery on my head to remove a cyst. It got infected during the healing process. Had to visit them 3 different times about this infection and instead of fixing the infection, they decided to operate again. After the operation, it was still infected and it wasn’t until I went to the ER did the ERs antibiotics fix it. Caused a huge ugly scar and bald spot on my head. Fast forward almost 1 year later and they are now are saying my insurance did not cover some of the visits. So l provided insurance card again and they say I have to pay out of pocket, I pay out of pocket. However, I contact my insurance company and they said I was covered so I should be refunded for anything I paid. Regency’s financing department has yet to even respond to me. Save yourself the headache, find another dermatologist."

"I booked an appointment for surgery 3 weeks ago. I get a call telling me that they are moving my appointment time up by 3 hours. No I can’t do that and the reason is that they have to move the doctors schedule. More like the doctor is so arrogant that he thinks his tone is more important than his patients time. You know the people who pay for your services so that you can care paid. Very rude. I’m going to another doctor as this one puts himself over his patients!!"
"Karla Munoz PA-C is an amazing provider! She is so knowledgeable about medical and cosmetic dermatology. So personable and thorough! This location is very efficient and on time. Combined with front-office Diana’s efficient check-in and Jen the MA’s kind help, they make the BEST team. I recommend all my family members to Karla. 10/10!! These girls deserve a raise!!"
