"Something that doesn't make much sense to me is the sick side and the healthy side. It's smart, but the front desk office doesn't have anything to separate the front desk. So the same people who are dealing with the sick side also deal with the healthy side. So the sick side can and probably has infected the healthy side just by a greeting. If they truly separate the front office, then it would make sense. This place is terrible at phone calls. I have a studder so when I called I couldn't gather my words and my studder gets worse when I am stressed. The women gave me 5 seconds before hanging up on me. I called back SEVERAL TIMES, but no one picked up. I had to take my sick kid to urgent care because of this. I could not count on my doctor because his people choice to ignore my calls for help. West Valley needs a lot of work. The doctors are great, but the staff is garbage."

"My son sees Alan W. Hartsook, MD he is awesome. He has great engery is understanding and listens to concerns. He talks to my infant son as he does his check-up even though he knows he won't get a real response. Lastly, I wasn't fond of my son getting a ton of vaccines at once, so we sat and made a schedule where he got them one at a time."

"nurses, staff was friendly, nice. But i don't know after visit, what is the problem this pediatrics? I asked them a for my son's therapy referral a month ago. and i left a message because NOBODY called me back and NOBODY don't pick up the phone. still nothing show on our insurance website. I'm going to go just different pediatrics. \"
