"Looking for a place for my mother, Who has bad credit. I was transparent with Patty (Patricia Freeman) and told her about her bad credit and that only I will apply. Of course she said no problem. During the application it asked who will live there. I said 2 people. Not knowing that triggers for the other person to fill an application too. I talked to Patty that it’s only me who’s applying but she said everyone over 18 must apply. So we both payed the fee. Results came back. I have about an 800 credit no bad history, she comes back with 530 credit and no bad history. So she denied us by her bad credit. So it was a waste of $110. Bad communicator, slow at doing things, and not direct."

"After months of searching for a rental I finally came across a home that fulfilled my needs. I wasn't sure I would get approved but Patty, my agent, made everything easy, fast, and possible. I requested an upgrade on ceiling fixtures and lighting and Patty immediately got on it and made the upgrade. I am extremely happy to have come across this opportunity and am very thankful that Patty was able to make it happen. Now my children and I have a place to call home and could not be any happier."

"*****BE AWARE****** If I could rate this company a negative number, I would. Stating that this company is a mess is simply an understatement. Poor service, poor communication, poor execution entirely. We have had plumbing issues at the rental property we are leasing, and the experience we've had is nothing short of horrible. After creating a ticket within their "portal", Renters Warehouse and their Service Maintenance send a local plumber without even contacting us to see if we would be home to receive the plumber. Luckily, being able to step away from work was an option that day to meet the plumber at the rental property, who was kind enough to wait. Once the plumber was able to unclog the pipes, he was able to find the main cause of the problem within the piping in the front yard. The plumber was able to confirm that the pipe had a certain "Valve / Flapper" broken and it was causing items to block the water flow right at that moment. Also mentioned that the pipes were damaged from roots. The plumber specifically stated, that is that "Valve / Flapper" does not get replaced, it will continue to happen daily, weekly, or monthly. Sure enough, the following week were battling the same issues. Renters Warehouse, did not want to work based off of this plumbers opinion, and stated they would send IKMAR Plumbing from Mesa AZ to verify the pipes need to be corrected. AFTER receiving information from renters warehouse stating that the homeowner approved the repair, we were contacted by IKMAR Plumbing during our work hours. WHEN contacting IKMAR Plumbing, they stated that there was no case or information regarding our rental property. I do not know who is lying to me at this point, but IKMAR Plumbing was used in our first issue back in June and they made the situation worse. The process Renters Warehouse has, in filing claims, never speaking to the homeowner, no way of providing follow up or case work documentation is just something I would recommend everyone avoid. One worker even told me just today, that the Service Maintenance will constantly change their number every week, so they are not being "tracked" or constantly hassled. They will do anything to avoid their work, and blame it on everyone they "work" with. It has been a constant struggle since signing our lease. This company loves to charge you late fees, but how can someone want to pay rent to a company who handles themselves the way they have. So PLEASE, make sure you do your research on this company before going anywhere near them. I would avoid at all costs. No ownership of issues at all."
