"The Intelligent Office has provided virtual reception service for several years and has proven to be of immense value to my company. It has been increasingly evident that having access to their professional services has helped me to manage my business in a much more efficient manner. the Intelligent Office receive phone calls is to free up some of my time answering calls yet not miss calls that are important and require my action or attention. To be sure, this is working as I am not spending nearly the amount of time on answering phones ... so much so I worry that I am missing important calls. Perhaps there is a way of finessing the instructions to allow for calls to come through that I have not been getting without inundating me with unnecessary interruptions.
