"I have been a client of Arizona Homestores (previously REMAX) for almost 20 years both as a renter and a landlord (owner). While there have been ups and downs in terms of service over those 20yrs, the performance of this company in the last 5-7 years has been exceptional. Tara and Jenea on the property management side are awesome and supportive of both the owner and tenant alike. The key to a successful rental is engagement, from the tenant obviously but more importantly the homeowner. The property manager is reliant on the homeowner to make timely repair decisions and provide financial support and can only do so much when a homeowner is slow to respond/engage. Working in this manner, I have been extremely satisfied with the property management services from Arizona Homestores and believe my tenant(s) have as well. They are quick to engage when the tenant has an issue, they are very knowledgeable about the details of each property they manage, and they have great relationships with top-notch repair services. On larger repair/maintenance issue they are willing to work to provide multiple estimates all while coordinating with the tenant to keep them informed of the progress. All of this combined with their simple, accurate, and timely financial accounting are exactly the reason why this property management company provides the best piece of mind for owners and the most responsive service to the tenant. 4 stars for my entire 20-year overall experience; 5-star performance for the last 5-7 years."

"If you are in the military DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE! There is so many better options for you. Or really anyone. Live on post far before you rent from this company. They will nickel and dime you through every process and even if you follow move out instructions to the T they will attempt to take your deposit. On move out day I needed to leave quickly and was told I needed to be there. And then when Justin the inspector showed up he said he could do it by himself. While I conceded some maintenance issues I was at fault for and accepted the fee for. I was charged for things after being told I wouldn't be charged. Oh and save the money and don't have the place professionally cleaned. It surely was not clean for me and it will cost you 600$ to have it cleaned by one of their companies. Lastly DO NOT RENT 5246 Sonora. The neighborhood is trashy, half the things in the house didn't work and the neighbors dogs will bark so much it will make you question your sanity."
