"I am warning anyone and everyone who is thinking about getting a trailer in this moble home park to rethink! The property manager is always extremely rude or not at the office, both maintenance men are not qualified for there jobs, one of them tried to fist fight me in the middle of the day while he was on not only on my property but in the park and on the clock as well he constantly drives past my trailer and revs his truck. The trailers are all beat up, unless you're willing to pay upwards of $1,000 in rent +utilitys. I wish I was warned before I moved in 4 years ago. Pictures I have posted were from when we were renting. None of these problems were fixed when we bought the house or before we bought the house. This is how the property manager had us living while we were renting. I bought the trailer so I could fix it up without having to wait on them. She also will let you know how much rent is the day before rent is due or literally the day it's due!"

"Tracey (sp) in the office is ALWAYS so friendly and helpful! I have lived here going on 4 months and I have not had any problems! I always feel safe when outside and even taking the trash out in the evening. She always makes sure there are community dinners for everyone and the office is always decorated with seasonal decor! My kids always love seeing what they are putting up for decor! And not to mention the pool is amazing in the summer months! Always clean and landscaped beautifully, no trash ect."

"I found this park, through my 85 year old Grandmother and 90 year old Grandfather. They have lived at the park for a few years. This place is fantastic. With all the rules. I love the background checks, it makes me feel just a little safer, knowing that the community is all held to the same standards. My nieces and nephews love to ride thier bikes around, so I feel safer knowing, we were all background checked. All the maintenance staff was very knowledgeable in what needed to be done with certain things, I was having issues with. The pool is well kept, and love the security cameras around the office. The manager in the office, is always so polite and helpful. I am so glad this place was recommended, and I recommend to others."

"Extremely unprofessional woman in the office. She harrases the people that live there. The park is fairly empty and dilapidated. The road ways are full of pot holes. Extremely unfriendly and abrasive. If you have a guest stay even 1 night she wants to be paid 35 bucks to have a credit check done. If you have more than 1 car at your home you will get harassed about it. She spies on the residents and threatens people that are minding their own business. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE."
