"Add a few minus's before that star! Unfortunately I haven't RENTED from them, but their lack of care, cooperation, good attitudes, lack of being helpful, and their failure to return phone calls,makes them a terrible company, with no regard for the needs of a renter, obviously even those who have actually rented, per the other reviews. And being homeless, cooperation would be most welcome. Then, when you can talk to someone, he's rude and says "maybe you're not the type of tenant we want", well, I don't want to rent from a rude, do nothing, company. I guess it's a wash."

"We have rented over a year they have raised our rent 3 times less than 6 months . Were in the process of moving they are giving us a hard time on getting our 1 month in a half rent back from them. We have called them to set up a pre moveout expectation .They said they can't do one until we turn in the keys. How are we able to address any issues they supposly find. If we dont do the walk threw with them how do we know where our deposit is going we have asked them for receipts they have ignored that message. I will never rent from these people . Anyone that rents from these people be aware of Bradley Property they take advantage of Military Families . This was a nightmare for our Family ."

"With the hustle and bustle of moving, we are late in writing our review. We moved into our home, managed by Bradley Properties almost 2 weeks ago, and started the application process roughly a week prior. Could not recommend enough! From the initial tours, to application process and move in, and currently! We have received absolutely amazing customer service; above and beyond what was expected! Randy, Sarah, the maintenance and vendors who prepared our home all deserve a shout out! Throughout the process we received great communication on what was expected from us and what we can expect of them. They spent great time and care making our home ready for us and thoroughly explained the move in/move out process and requirements. They made sure we had everything we needed for utilities transfer and everything else to provide for an effortless transition into our new home. There is nothing we could have asked for to make a better experience. Very happy with our whole experience and would highly recommend! Thank you!"

"You suck! Without a doubt, Bradley Properties is the worst company in Sierra Vista. Very shady and greedy. They charge tenants astronomical move-out fees for carpet cleaning, tile, and yardwork – anything they can think of, they’ll put it on your bill. What tenant ever spends $800+ of their own money on cleaning for a rental? Bradley Properties doesn’t, but they’ll take your security deposit and pocket it all. Stay far away from this company. If you’re desperate for a place, pitch a tent in Ramsey Canyon until a more reputable company has an opening like 1st West."

"Tenants and home owners beware! This is by far the most dishonest and shady rental company I have ever worked with. Maintenance was always blamed on us and took forever to get anything fixed. We dealt with an over flowing septic tank for 2 weeks before they finally had someone come out and pump it. The company that pumped told us that the system was simply over full. A door that we paid to have fixed, took almost 6 months for the to fix it still! And finally, they're supposed to check the home once a year, they never inspected the property until we had been in it for about 19 months. With that inspection they told us the toilets were unacceptable because of a hard water ring that had always been there, and the dishwasher was unacceptable (even though the dishwasher has been broken for a year) because of "calcium" build up. They used this in order to get us removed from the property, displacing a family of six for no reason. I have emails from the office stating in February that they, nor the owner, had any intentions of removing us from the property. We got a 60 eviction notice in April, so nice. Then I get conflicting information from the office on why we weren’t able to renew the lease. The first time I asked, the secretary said that the owner wanted to remodel and fix the place up and rent it again down the line. Then I ask a different guy, and he tells me the owners requested we leave. Yet we have never had an issue with Bradleys or the owner, never late on rent, maintained the house the way we're supposed too, and so on. I highly suggest usuing anyone else besides Bradley Properties."
