"Put in application for my sister and my sister talked to a woman which told her a lawyer would be call which he did he informed her to document everything and email it to the lady that had contacted her which I did that for her and my sister has called and left multiple messages to make sure she received the email i sent for her. Not sure what my sister should do next because she still never got a call back or a email. so I told my sister to keep calling everyday and hopefully they contact her soon"

"Personally, I was able to speak with the receptionist, who was very nice, but it would have been nice to have the attorney actually here what I had to say instead of a readers digest version from the receptionist while I waited in the waiting room. IF they don't want to let the customer actually talk to the attorney themselves, so the attorney can get the story from the person who was actually INVOLVED in the case, then they must not care, totally. Maybe I should have presented myself and my case better."
