"Very unprofessional and doesnt care about his clients. Eric is very Rude. We listed our snowbird rental.with them this year and had nothing but problems.eric has refused to return our $100.00 that he has been holding in reserves. We would never trust them again with managing our property again. A word to the wise. Save yourself heartache and upset, go with some other agency. As of today's date June 7, 2023 they have NOT returned our deposit, which they have had in their possession for approximately 9-10 years."

"I called to ask questions about a house posted the day prior and Eric was extremely rude. If I was selling a property this isn't the kind of customer service I'd waste my money on. Do yourself a favor and find another agent."

"Well I tried to give zero stars but it would not let me. So I’m forced to give one. We have had the pleasure of working with Eric and his firm for over a year and it has been a long year. They handle are HOA we are in. And we are doing everything we can do to change that. We paid them a fee when we Purchased our property in Lake Havasu city we receive zero communication from Eric in regards to our HOA fees. We contacted this firm in April for an unrelated matter with little to no help for resolution we had to find and resolve this issue our self. We also talked about the fees and we got the full year and we sent a check out. With no further questions or concerns from the office problem solved.We visit in the property in July again with no communication from Eric or his firm we then got a statement about the balance of the account in august and we called back and we talked and gave them the check number and amount. And the we’re going to look for the check and get back to me. Well we can see we’re this is going. No call nothing. And now we are in January of 2020 over a year and this issue is still going Eric him self just requested the same information again and now he asked for the copy of the check and I told him that was the issue we gave you the check 8 mounts ago when did you deposit it. This is a business we wright thousands of checks a year and now you want me to go back to the start and get you a copy. This is a drag. We only got this far because we talked about filing legal action on his firm and the HOA to get some movement. I hope thing get better. I will up date the review as things progress. But in the mean time simple issue If you don’t want any help or someone to tell you they will get back to you and they done and some one to pass every question back to you with no answer and tell you it’s all your fault because you have been trying to fix the issue for 8 months. Then this is you firm if not I could only recommend going elsewhere. Well 3/07/2021 Update still trying to make this work with this firm but all the same problems. No change. Eric still is does not want to help resolve any issue answers any questions and never reply’s to e mails tells you he never got them even when you send him them back and he replies I will get back to you and never does. His letters tells you to call him but then he is Rude as ever. We are at the point to filing a complaint with the realtor board of Arizona about his actions. With those complaints will not go unaddressed. I will fallow up with there contact information for the rest. Reviews are great but to get results and accountability with this firm you need to talk to these folks. Up date soon"

"Horrible over all. Broker is a tool and is being investigated by Realtor Association. Far better agencies in LHC to work with. Agency did not support me after the tenants left and would not return calls or emails. Save your money."

"Friendly staff. Small but cozy facility. The reality office had many affordable options for rentals as well as many more for purchase. As a heads up, if you plan to rent, make sure you don't have any utilities in collections or bad rental history as they will not even consider you. Learned that the hard way!"
