"Am usually not one to complain on social media but I have had enough, especially when it’s in regards to my child. I debated to post for months, as you can see the dates. But the misuse of authority should be noted. On 4/27/18, I called into Dr. McMorans office at 9:36am requesting scripts for a refill on my sons meds. (We should of had r Pugh. It the miraculous disappeared) I had let the receptionist know of the urgency because one is considered a narcotic and he cannot not take it, he would have to be weened off of it. I was told she would put the request into the doctor and let us know. 12:55 I had not heard anything and called back into the office and asked if they had heard from Dr. McMorran. I was told at that time that they had the scripts ready for pick up. I had told the receptionist that I get off work at 4:30, and asked if they would still be open at five. I was told then that they close at 1 o’clock. (Google says 5:30, Facebook says 2pm and website says 1:30pm) I asked why was I not called and informed that the scripts were ready, the receptionist repeated my number which was correct and said she left me a message. I have no missed calls nor a message on my cell phone. I asked if I could get someone to run over could they give them the scripts to them. I was asked how long it would take them because they could not stay past 1pm. Here I am in a panic, I call 2 people, one lives 4 miles away. I call back at 12:58 tell them I could not get answers and could they put the scripts in a sealed envelope and leave it at one of the offices next to them. I was told no because of the kind of meds they are. I get a call back from one of my friends, as I explain to her what is happening she jumped into her car as we were speaking. I called back to the office to let them know I had someone on the way. At this time it was 1:01pm and no answer. I called the friend and told her to turn back. Frustrated and upset I call the office to leave an after hours messages. I left a message stating the facts and to the point. Not once did I yell, use vulgar language or name call. But i did insist on a phone call back so we can get the scripts taken care for my son. NOT ONE CALL BACK!!! On 5/2/18 at 5:11pm I received a call from Dr Mc Moran‘s office asking if they can reschedule my sons appointment that is scheduled for later in the month to a later day. I explained I will not have enough medicine to get him through to that time. I was told then by the receptionist that they could have a new script written for me, I asked her like on Friday April 27? I was told “let me find out what’s going on and I’ll call you back.” As of today 5/9/2018.... NOTHING once again. My ex husband put a call in on 5/9/2018 to ask if he could speak with the doctor. We had some old medicine to get us by from the April 27th incident that was at a lower dose and he seem to be doing better on. Again this is not a medicine that he can just stop taking, he would have to be weened off at lower doses until it was safe to stop taking. After several hours of waiting he went down to the office to speak with the doctor herself. Dr Mc Moran had actually told him that she never return my phone call because she thought it “was rude” are you kidding me she decides to play God with my son because she thought my message was rude! It was direct and to the point. Then they go on to tell my ex as he’s in the office that I have called the office several times and that there is something I am requesting a refund for (which is not accurate, I have not requested a refund). That they have left messages for me. I have not called into the office except for the days and times mentioned above, nor have I received any messages at all, I have my call logs to prove it!!!! They need to pull their call logs. They have no idea what they’re talking about, they obviously have me confused with some other parent and some other poor child that is being neglected too!"

"If I could give a zero I would. We were referred to her for daughter by her counselor. We have left several messages for Ms. McMorran with absolutely no return calls. That is completely unacceptable and a disgrace. You should be ashamed for providing such horrible customer service, especially when a CHILD is in need of your services!!!!"

"We have found Mrs. McMorran a pleasure to work with. She is a professional 100% of the time, shoots from the hip, and starts out children on the least (most conservative) dosage of medication possible (if medication is warranted at all)."

"I have been taking my son to Dr. McMorran for the past year at least and let me tell you, this woman is a godsend. She is so patient, kind, understanding, knowledgeable, and very personable. Anytime that I need to see her, her staff works with me to get in as soon as possible. Even after I had stopped working, she was still able to see me without insurance as I am able to pay the appointment fee that she charges and given the high level of care that my son receives, I feel I am getting the best deal. You will not regret using her!! I will continue to take him to her until she is no longer able to see him and even then I will try to get her to keep him! :)"
