"I owe my life to the staff at Copper Springs. From the intake, to the Doctor to the fabulous staff as well! Equine, music, art and group therapy as well as one on one ? The facility is so clean and comfortable, thank you Miss Toni!!! Miss Matilda and Miss Kate are such great nurses. These people really care and understand. I am taking classes to become a counselor after this experience! Thanks Maple!!!"

"Don't count on Discharge staff for help with aftercare. In my experience they had nearly 2 weeks to help me have entry to a residential treatment program and then on the day I was informed of my discharge they informed me that they didn't have anything. They also seemingly lied to me telling me that the program I'd mentioned as a possibility wasn't to be found - when my own Google search found it immediately once I was able to search. Disappointing and caused me a lot of stress."

"I dont see what the bad reviews are all about. I was there for a week for mental health treatment and the staff was great. Didn't love getting my vitals done before sun up each day but it chill. They could definitely use some new supplies (basketballs, crayons, etc) as those were pretty janky but I mean it's not a vacation home. I was there to get help and I got it. I appreciate it"

"Intake takes over 6 hours. Staff was rude Dr. Armani messed up my meds. He lowered them and didn't tell me. He discharged me after 3 days. I was so suicidal due to it that I had an attempt after coming out. I was sent to another hospital and got better care. This place isn't worth it!!!"

"I went to Copper Springs to detox from opiates safely. I have been taking opiate (Oxycodone) pain medication for over 5 years & I knew I couldn’t stop taking them without medical assistance. When I arrived, on my ‘admitting form’ where I was asked the reason I was there, I wrote: to detox from opiates. After several hours of questioning & filling in forms, I was told they would not keep me & the reason was because I was there to detox from opiates. They knew why I was there just minutes after I arrived & could have saved us both a lot of time. There was ‘no charge’ for my assessment but still, that didn’t help me because I need medical assistance to detox off the opiates I take to do it safely. Copper Springs did recommend 2 other places I could go but neither one took my insurance. I sure wouldn’t recommend Copper Springs. I continue to live from pill to pill as I look for a place to help me. They wasted an entire evening of my life that I’ll never get back let alone my husband’s time."
