"I have been going to Gilbert Center For Family Medicine for well over 15 years maybe closer to 20. I was a nurse myself for 33 years and I have never had a bad experience with one practitioner at Gilbert Center. I’ve been seeing primarily Neerja Sethi.NP And have a great relationship with her. She is so intuitive , knowledgable and kind. I truly respect her. I have also seen Dr. Schlatterback, Dr Sonny, NPs Tessa and Chantelle. Never disappointed in these healthcare providers. It is a great practice. I never have trouble getting in. They even take walk-ins. The lab technicians are fantastic and have been there for quite a while. . They also have a chronic care practice which I am involved with. I have dealt with both Missy RN and Kelly RN and they check in on me and my Husband, every month ! Where else do you get this kind of comprehensive, personal and respectable care?! I can’t say enough good stuff about Gilbert Center For Family Medicine."

"I decided to go to this primary care practice to become established and have a primary care doctor assist with some of my related concerns. Since the beginning Dr. Sunni had horrible demeanor. Trying to get answers and speak to someone is the worst! You get the run around and still get no communication or they hang-up on you after being on hold for 20 minutes or more. After reading prior negative reviews they are 100% accurate. Recommend you do your research and find somewhere else!"

"They treated my mother horribly when she had severe plaque psoriasis. During an exam, two of the nurses ran out of the room gagging because they couldn't handle the sight of my mother's poor, inflamed skin. My mom was just trying to figure out why she was having these breakouts, and the staff treated her like a monster. When my mom tried reporting this unprofessional behavior, the doctor defended her staff for running away in the middle of their job duties. This happened in 2019, but my mom is still affected by the lack of professionalism, care, and responsibility taken by this office. She finally got help from a different office for her autoimmune disorder and is much better now. Please, save yourselves the trouble and do not come here."

"Been a patient at Gilbert Center for Family Medicine since they were on Guadalupe & Gilbert roads. So, a long time. I met Dr Schlotterback at that location, and he has been my PCP ever since. He is a rare combination of medical acumen and caring for the patient. I have never walked away from an appointment from him disappointed. I come prepared and we have focused, engaging conversations about my issues. He has treated me for a myriad of issues, and I am very grateful for his help. I have seen other providers at their office and have generally been happy. Same for the staff, which are generally great once you get their attention (hard sometimes by phone)."
