"Was never able to get an appointment. I called and left a message 3 months ago, after not being able to get through the line. To date no one has ever contacted me. I did their new patient form online twice and no one ever contacted me like their system claimed it would. Can’t imagine how actual patients who do get appointments somehow, actually get in contact or have treatment."

"Dr. Raquel is absolutely worthless, self centered, rude, know it all doctor. She refused to listen to any of my concerns when being diagnosed with Hashimoto Disease, she would not take any kind of cautious route for a fix and she was overall rude as hell. If I could give negative stars I would. I saw her twice thinking after my results came in she would be more willing to find a fix for the issue. Nope. She’s awful and thinks that she knows everything there is to know until you ask her specific questions about your disease that could be pertinent to helping the issue, then she suddenly knows nothing and she is no longer the expert. Don’t go here. Go to the Endochrinologist office in Scottsdale. You’re likely to die from your diseases or issues of you see these doctors."

"I had an appt today with Lucinda Henry for the first time. She was so super supportive. Felt like she totally listened to all the things I wanted to talk about. She was kind and considerate. My regular appts have been with Raquel in this office who I have grown to love and enjoy going to my visits. She too always listens and encourages. The office staff are always friendly and get you in and out."

"First visit, the woman at the front desk was friendly & efficient. She was very thoughtful and checked on me while I was waiting, I arrived early for my appointment. Nurse that took me back and did vitals was very good, recognizing that I have a condition that requires vitals be taken only on one arm. She also let me know when to expect the doctor. I appreciate the honesty and communication. Dr Shaik was wonderful! I learned more from her in this one appointment about my osteoporosis than I learned from my previous endocrinologist over 2 years. She described my condition and drew sketches to help me understand. She was patient with all of my questions and presented a treatment plan that is much more solid than the plan I was on. I highly recommended Dr Shaik and this practice. I am super impressed and grateful to be a patient in their office and better management of my condition."
