"The staff , Jennifer Odle are the absolute best when it comes to helping and understanding patients. I travel a lot for work and needed a prescription filled early and with one call / message they took care of me right away .They go out of their way to help no matter how busy they are . In over 50 years best practice I have ever dealt with !"

"I was a patient of Dr. Smith for over 15 years. He is a thorough, caring physician and I trusted him completely. The first sign that the practice had changed was when I picked up some prescriptions from the pharmacy and noticed an antibiotic that I had no reason to have. I thought they had made a mistake but the order came from Dr. Smith’s practice. Apparently, my labs had shown a mild UT infection but no one bothered to let me know they just called the pharmacy for the medicine. When I called to see what was going on they informed me that Dr. Smith was no longer with them. Since then, it has been one problem after another. I called for a whole week, left several messages to renew a medicine that I have been taking for years and they never called back. The pharmacy could not contact them either. Finally, I called the front desk and insisted they renew my prescription for it had run out. They suggested that I go to Urgent care to renew it or make an appointment before they could renew it and they could not see me for 2 weeks. Only when I threatened, I was going to go to the office to talk to the other Dr., they gave me an appointment for the next day. I had already been without the medicine (which Dr. Smith routinely renewed for years), for 3 days. It was pretty devastating to lose my trusted doctor without any warning, I won’t be going back there."

"So disappointed in the way I've been treated this past week. My Rx was denied at the pharmacy. When I attempted to contact the office after hours to leave a message, I was not given an option to leave a message. I contacted the office via email from their website. I was told that since Dr. Smith left the practice, they could not renew my Rx without new blood work and an appointment. It's been less than a year since my annual physical, so this will be all out of pocket. In the meantime, I don't have the Rx I need, so now I'm scrambling to find an alternative. If you're looking for a new office, keep looking! So disappointing."

"I was recommended by a friend when I was looking for a new Internal Medicine Doctor when my previous Doctor passed away suddenly approx. four years ago. My friend recommended Dr. Leo Odle and I made an appointment with him. That visit and every one since then has been great. He runs on time always and doesn't over book. I get there about 10 minutes before my appointment and am seen at my appointment time or even a few minutes before. He cares about you as a patient and always asks if I have any concerns or questions. He reviews blood tests and reviews results with me. His front office staff has changed over the years, but they have always been polite, accurate in billing and great dealing with Insurance companies. I would highly recommend Dr. Odle if you are looking for a Doctor that is caring and knowledgeable."

"Unprofessional! They told me to print and fill out new patient forms before my appointment last Thursday in which I did, having a 102° fever/strep throat. This week i had a follow-up appointment and when i went to check-out the front desk girl was just sitting on her phone texting even though she saw me waiting. Then i needed to change some information on the same forms and come to find out, they lost my paperwork!! The two front desk girls giggled about it and asked if "i would be mad if i had to fill them out again". Extremely Unorganized! What kind of doctors office loses their new patient information? Dont recommend."
