"The staff is amazing, the hours are flexible, and everyone has been so wonderful here. They are really great about explaining everything quite thoroughly and answering any and all questions. The way they assess for ADHD is really thorough and I was super pleased it wasn’t just based off of a few interactions; they combined anecdotal (in the form of a questionnaire for myself and a teacher), as well as a QB test and family health history. After getting denied by a couple different places for an assessment because they were at capacity or insurance issues, I was warned by my son’s doctor that a lot of places have quite the waiting list right now. When they got me the number for the ADHD Clinic of AZ, I was fully prepared to either be turned away or to have to wait a few months; I was pleasantly surprised when we got an appointment for only a couple weeks out. If you or someone you know needs help and suspect it could be ADD/ADHD, I cannot recommend this place enough."

"I was hesitant to take my son to see a specialist for ADHD because I assumed they would just push a diagnosis and medication. This office cured me of that worry. First of all, the office (and bathroom:) was clean and beautiful and all of the staff were kind to me and my kids. The paperwork and checkin process was easy. And I could tell they took care of my son when he went back for his evaluation, because he came back happy and excited. In the end, the provider (Nathan) did not diagnose him with ADHD or recommend any medication in that direction. He did discuss alternative possibilities and help us figure out the best path forward to help my son. It is clear that his intent is not to put everyone into the ADHD pipeline. Nathan was super knowledgeable about a range of possible conditions and took so much time with us explaining the findings and options. I never felt hurried, and he took the time to listen to all of my questions and concerns. I have zero hesitation recommending this office and this provider to anyone wanting evaluation or treatment for ADHD."

"My husband had a horrible experience. After the initial testing, which he found confusing as they did not explain anything well, he came back for the follow up visit. He was hoping for some help with his ADHD symptoms and was very optimistic he would no longer struggle alone. He had tried some alternative medicines in the past and at the follow up, they simply said, we can't help you because you tried these alternatives. No questions or clarifications. They did not inquire how long he had been off them or give a time line as to when they could help him. Just a flat out, we can't help you. He left so defeated, frustrated and feeling more alone than he was before. JUST TERRIBLE!! If we could give them zero stars, we would. *** Follow up to the below response. No referral was given!! That is untrue. He was simply told, we can't help you. It was defeating and lacked all empathy. No explanation regarding guidelines. No questions regarding how long ago or kindly explaining how long he would have to wait after trying the alternative methods. Just simply, we can't help you. It seems as if you want an easy client that you can just prescribe medicine without any other form of care."

"Since being a late diagnosed ADHD woman (40) I appreciate so much how friendly and easy accessing my care has been at the ADHD clinic. Getting a diagnosis and help to treat it can feel like a daunting task for someone with ADHD but the clinic makes it less stressful. I love how many text reminders they give for your upcoming appointments. I'm so glad my neighbor recommended this place to me."

"My son has been a patient of Nathan's for 3 years now and he is phenomenal! The office has always been helpful as well and I have been working with Judith for 2 days to get a PA for my son's Mydayis. This woman had been incredible and I wanted to take a minute to say thank you and let her boss know she's amazing and a keeper. She has been patient, helpful, kind, listens, and calls bavk when she says she will. With my son having 12 chronic illnesses and me having 17 I spend my days dealing with doc offices, insurance, pharmacies, etc. and she has been the most kind and efficient person in a long time.
