"Absolutely no wait time , last physician I had I could wait up to 2 hrs. I see Taylor Baggs PA she listens and is easy to talk to and I believe she cares about her patients . Labs drawn in office too ."

"I have used One Medical since 2015 and am VERY happy with them. It took a bit of doing to get used to the idea of paying an annual fee, but the customer service is top-notch. Imagine feeling good when you visit your doctor! These folks know how to do it. I recommend them without reservation. UPDATE Dec 2023: 8 years ago, One Medical was awesome. I wanted to sign up for them again after being out of the country, but their recent reviews are concerning. When I called to inquire about membership, I was shuttled to One Medical Senior. It does not have an annual fee, but the doctor I saw there (the best rated out of the 3 available) did not even pull out a stethoscope. He seemed eager to say all is well and get onto his next patient. I will not be returning."

"I would give 0 stars if it were possible. In my two years as a patient I experienced the following: - Incorrectly billed a general wellness visit; took months to resolve - Made same mistake for the next wellness visit a year later; took 8 months and over 15 follow up phone calls to get resolved - Was billed for labwork that insurance said was covered but billed incorrectly from One Medical; this was 6 months ago and am still waiting for this one to get resolved - Was told I needed a specialist visit and needed a referral but OneMedical wouldn't provide it because I was "out of network"; less than a week prior a One Medical rep told me I was "in network". I had been seeing One Medical for appointments prior to this and billed as "in network". - Was informed that despite being "out of network" an exception could be granted. One Medical failed to initiate the exception for multiple days despite multiple follow ups from my end. Overall, One Medical experience has been exhausting. Reps contradict themselves, fail to communicate, lack integrity, etc. I wouldn't wish OneMedical care upon my worst enemy. UPDATE: I escalated my complaints to the AZ AG office. A member of the legal team responded with falsified information disregarding each of my complaints. I responded with screenshots of conversations with One Medical reps through their app proving each claim to be true. One Medical refused to respond and has still not acknowledged any mistakes on their end."

"Good service. Clean atmosphere. The app is really what makes One Medical stand apart (easy & convenient to communicate with your care team and hear back promptly). This particular location though is slow. Expect to wait 30 minutes to see your provider or even get a simple lab drawn."

"The NP, lab techs, and staff that works on site is kind, HOWEVER, One Medical customer service on the phone is rude and has attitude. This office will see you even if you verify with your insurance and the office that you are in network, and then turn around and bill you saying you are out of network. This is what happened to me, they do not care about me, they just care about money and scamming you like they did me. This optimizes what for profit “Healthcare” is in America. They will not work with you or care for explanations or owning up to anything, you will get no sympathy, disgusted."
