"I had a horrible experience at this office with this staff and the Dr and the np first of all the NP didn't seem like she knew what she was doing taking notes and trying to go based on what she wrote. I had labs done a month ago and asked to speak to the new Dr I was referred to but still haven't been able to see him I've been experiencing major health issues and I can't get any help I wish I could see my previous endo through telehealth unfortunately my insurance doesn't cover this anymore. I don't recommend this place at all."

"I absolutely hate scheduling appointments here. The doctors/NPs have been great, but I would absolutely leave this practice if my insurance would cover other endocrinologists in my area. They are regularly behind in texts/calls so it's a grueling process to get an appointment rescheduled if needed. If you leave a voicemail, it gets transcribed into a text, and they don't seem to have the staff to return any texts - I recommend calling during their business hours and forcing the conversation to be with a live person. They're also overbooked; as of late February, their March was completely full for multiple types of appointments, so moving appointments is really difficult if you have a job that puts constraints on your time but you still need some medication (my best option was hoping someone cancels and the staff person calls me about it). I'm honestly tempted to go back to my former endocrinologist and pay the full cost out-of-pocket."

"I don't really feel to good about this place. Today was my first appointment. I felt very rushed. They did not go over the medications with me. I had to ask for someone to help me after my appointment. Which they did. However the doctor came in for 3min "said this sounds like a good plan. Nice to meet you goodbye." I had to stop him to give him information that was very important about my history that I was not asked about. I will give them another chance but from my first impression and how it went I am very disappointed. I felt rushed nothing was went over. I am not comfortable with what was prescribed to me either. Calling them back tomorrow. I was never pushed out of an office that fast. They didn't go over anything. This is what we are prescribing trust us and goodbye. Not happy about the lack of concern. I was petrified this is all new to me."

"I really like this practice a lot. Appoints are easy to make either on line or via phone. When you arrive the lady at the front desk is friendly, helpful and professional. Was was shown into a room immediately. The assistant was friendly and professional too. My nurse practitioner Irene Irby, came in immediately and spent a lot of time with me going over my labs, meds, records and answered all of my and my husband’s questions. I travel 45 minutes because I think it is that good."
