"I'd like to review the doctors or medical staff, but I wasn't even able to get in. I was looking for a Primary Care Doctor. There was a long wait to actually speak to a real person. I got an appointment with a PA (not a doctor) but then there was a problem with my insurance (I just switched to COBRA) and I was initially told that I'd have to put a deposit down until I got that corrected information. No problem. Then I was called a short time later and told that my appointment had been cancelled due to lack of insurance, even though I had agreed to pay the deposit. Kinda hard to rate the medical care here if you can't even get in to see someone."

"So Disappointed. I came into the office to see a regular doctor for a prescription for my inhaler as well get a medicine for an anti bacterial. This office is in my network and I finally got a call a month later that I had to pay a crazy amount for this visit that I wasn't even aware off. Please beware if you go there they will bill you to be seen by the doctor and also for the hospital part even if you weren't being seen there. Time for a new doctors office and this was my first visit."

"Literally have been trying for DAYS to get my daughters medical records sent to the state i now live in and EVERY TIME I call they experience high call volumes? It literally JUST opened 6 mins ago and I’ve been on hold THE ENTIRE TIME! Your pediatric doctor already sucks because she will see your baby in pain and advice you to go all natural because “that’s what we believes in” so you waste all whole day at the doctors office for absolutely NOTHING!!! You guys are the worst! I don’t understand how you’re still in business! It’s ridiculous"

"Your customer service is appalling. When I'm calling to make an appointment because I've been in ungodly pain for the past two weeks I would much rather prefer at least the bare minimum of phone etiquette on the other line of the call and not someone hanging up on me after they place my appointment. I'm not coming here again and I advise others to do the same."

"Doctor Roscoe Williams is the most incredible dentist I've ever been treated by. I've been to some of the priciest dental clinics where you can expect to pay top dollar for your services and did not get half of the quality of care or kindness and paid LITERALLY thousands of dollars more per visit. He is the only dentist that I've ever been to that has truly figured out the magic of "pain-free" dentistry -and this review is from a patient that had to have 2 wisdom teeth extracted from him and who happens to be THE biggest baby when it comes to needles of any kind!"
