"I am new and trying to get established and get my prescriptions switched over from my previous doctor. I had to try to text/email and call repeatedly to get someone to call me back. I have little confidence that my messages will be responded to and don’t know the best way to communicate. So far I’m unimpressed."

"I made an appointment for today with this office and even had a three way conference call with my insurance when booking to make sure I was covered with this practice. I signed all the paperwork which was emailed to me and even received an email from the office the day before the appointment letting me know they were looking forward to seeing me. I arrived about 20 minutes early just in case I needed to fill out more paperwork, and much to my surprise, I was informed that someone in a different office had cancelled my appointment. NO ONE HAD TAKEN THE INITIATIVE TO INFORM ME! When I called the office after about a half hour, I was told that the person cancelled my appointment because of my insurance. Come to find out they do accept my insurance, but if they can't even keep track of patients and the insurance they have, I'm sure not going to trust my health care to them."
