"Do not go here!! I went here and did the allergy test and everything was fine until they sent me paperwork and I requested them to contact me about the shot program. I turned the service down cause you have to do it for 2 years and I won’t be here in Arizona long enough to do the treatment. I ended getting a bill for the medicine they made. I called them and pretty much got told we don’t we made it so you owe us money. Back and forth for weeks on end. Super horrible business practice I’m turning everyone away from this place."

"Do Not Go Here. We took our daughter here to get look into starting her immunotherapy therapy. We had a short consultation set up to start the process. Each time we have been there prior to this we have had to wait 20 mins or more. This last time we went we got babysitting and moved around work to travel 20 min to get to their office. Arrived 7 min late to the appointment which was mid-day because the traffic and the construction was so bad. When I arrived I was notified of a 7 min policy in the paperwork that we signed. So… I asked her to show me the policy and there was nothing about it. She then said that it was said on a call when we booked our appointment which is also not true. It was absolutely unnecessary and the dishonesty is enough to make sure I never go back here."

"Do NOT go here for allergy shots. Today, I took off work early and drove my 8 yr old 30 minutes across town and arrived 1 minute before their advertised 4:30 last call. Even their wall clock said I was on time. The shot attendant looked like she took pleasure in turning me away because she closed a few minute early. Absolutely zero empathy with their staff. Giving them 2 stars because Dr. Wong is an absolute treasure of a doctor. They need to send their staff to empathy training or just fire the lot."

"I wouldn't recommend this allergy immunology clinic not (dermatology clinic.) I was corrected by the Owner's well thought empathic response below. The staff was nice and the doctor was fine too. It's really their junk fee charges. They charged me a new patient fee of 279.00 (Junk Fee in my opinion) this was not discussed prior to the appointment and 800.00 to insurance for a simple allergy test for my daughter and I. So after insurance we each got a bill for 531.76 for a single visit. Also I indicated my pharmacy of choice but they try to push me to an online pharmacy for a cash price product only to be told by the online pharmacy they don't have a cash price for a prescription. So I didn't get my prescription at all. I am going to choose a allergy immunology not dermatology clinic who is financially practical for my family this place simply isn't."

"I've been getting allergy shots from this Chandler location for over a year and a half now, and I have no complaints at all. My quality of life has definitely improved since starting allergy shots. No more tissues up my nose... Once a month, I stop by to get the shots, usually within a couple of minutes' wait after scanning in and a 30-minute wait after the shots. I interact with the doctor, extract coordinator, and billing department once a year to make sure I have a supply for the following year. They have provided me with a quote that includes a breakdown of the costs—Allergy Extract, Allergy Administration Fee, and so on (both via email and phone). I personally have never experienced any issues at all."
