"The front desk was extremely friendly with me. But, when I saw Julia Doi, that's where things changed. She wasn't that friendly at all and seemed to be annoyed by any questions I asked her regarding my ankle. Seems like a doctor who's there just for the paycheck and that's it. Very unfortunate how some doctors are so ignorant because they have a PhD."

"I had a problem with a bone spur on the side of my little toe. Dr. Spencer Niemann performed the surgery using local anesthetic. I wasn't able to watch the process but the nurses kept me engaged in good conversation during the short procedure. The entire experience from the initial meeting and diagnosis was outstanding. Dr. Niemann is personable and down to earth with his understandable explanation of the problem and resolution. The staff were excellent and professional. My recovery was extremely quick and with a week I was back to most of my usual activities and within two weeks back to pickleball and hiking. I highly recommend Dr. Spencer Niemann and Foot & Ankle Clinics of Arizona."

"When I came to Dr. Wurster in the Maricopa clinic I had been suffering from a heal spear for over a year. Man what a painful feeling! With her treatment and stretching now a couple months later I am now back to running with no pain. My heal spear is gone with no surgery needed! Just wanted say Thanks and Maricopa clinic is very well recommended! THANKS Again"

"The ancillary staff is very professional . That's where the fun ended and Julia Doi entered the exam room . She was very clipped in her attitude from the beginning.. any question we asked was an annoyance to her . My mom has a very thick accent hence I accompany her to all appts. Apparently the fact that my mom is Hispanic was also an issue for this child of an adult . She went to get a cushion sample and never returned . When I asked where she was a man "Kevin " entered the room and presumed to take over . I asked where the clinician was and he said she would not be coming back . She decided to take to her office and play Facebook games as befits her mental acuity . She acted unprofessional , childish , and even slightly hostile at points . She also will lie to avoid working and besmirches patients . How pathetic ! When the office manager (Kevin) entered the exam area he attempted to block me in . That's when I lost it . How Julie got through any sort of grad school , even subpar , is a mystery to me . It would be my very strong recommendation that one avoid this place at all costs . The podiatrist that was there before was super nice . I had researched the place for my stepfather who was a pt there . When he made his last appt there he was supposed to see Julie too . His demise preceded that appt and I figured the experiences we had would be good based on the interaction I had there before . NEVER ASSume !"

"My husband and I just stopped at this place to ask for an appointment since we lived in the neighborhood and the lady who opened the door was quick to say “it’s lunch time, what can I help you with?” In a rude way (note: there were no lunch hours posted on the door) We asked her for the doctor’s card and she gave us his card. After that we asked her if she thinks they would be any appointments available on Thursday for my son to be seen, and she replied “I doubt it, we are pretty booked” it would have been nicer if she at LEAST looked in the computer and offered some options. We felt rushed to get out of the office. My husband is a physician, there is no way his staff would treat ANY prospective patients like this. We are not coming back."
