Although I presented a super challenge with very difficult veins that day for blood collection, both phlebotomists calmly tried different methods and succeeded! Michael was very patient with my scheduling and it was reassuring to have him near to check on me during the procedure. Although I'm familiar with stem cell treatments, this is the first time they used only fat for the stem cells. Dr Clouse explained what to expect, which helps a patient so much, and everyone in the room checked on me as they worked. I'm so happy to have found Azure Healthcare. I am SO grateful for this family of doctors and staff at the Gilbert location. I’ve seen Dr Clouse 2x now and I couldn’t be more satisfied. He was able to see me at 7:30am so I didn’t have to wait longer. They have an X-ray machine in office which eliminates another step and location in treatment.
