"I'm not sure why people leave such poor reviews my experience has only ever been positive. I've struggled with mental health my entire life and before I came to this facility I felt like doctors didn't care what medication they were giving me. I was sick all the time being prescribed medication that I didn't need. When I finally found doctor patino's office they took my medication and mental health seriously it was the first time I felt heard. They got me on the correct medication pretty much right away and have always been available for scheduling. I not only recommend them on here but have recommend them to family members and friends knowing that these doctors have integrity and pride in what they do."

"I have never been so frustrated in my life with a doctors office. You can never talk to anyone just leave messages and don’t get call backs. The only way to ensure something gets done or you can make an appointment is in person which is not convenient at all. It’s been like this for over 2 years... might be time to switch offices."

"I've been going here for many many years. I used to have nothing but good things to say, but in the last maybe 10 months or so, it's gotten so terrible, so fast. There's no care, no compassion. They have a bunch of new nurse practitioners, not doctors, and a constant rotating incompetent staff. You cannot call and talk to anyone, they push that you email - not only email, you must do it through the patient portal. As long as I've been there, I've now been accused of being a drug seeker, the NP won't take anything I say seriously. Individual situations don't matter, everyone treated the same - everything is essentially an auto-response or form letter, bogged by their own red tape. This is how they've decided to treat mental health issues. If you expect to be treated like a human being by compassionate professionals, do yourself a favour and go elsewhere. I'll never go back."

"Chitra Mathews has been wonderful to work with!! She has changed my life. She is very friendly and very knowledgeable. It took her 4 months to accomplish what other doctors couldn’t accomplish in six years; go to her and she will not let you down. The reviews about contacting the front desk are true, most times you do get a voicemail; my experience has been that they always call me back within the same day. To get a refill you must email them and it can take up to three days to get your refill, so submit your refill early. My experience has been that they refilled my prescription in the same day."

"Ive been coming here for years and have tolerated the office staff and the mishandling of paperwork, billing errors and appointment mess-ups. All due to the fact i liked my doctor, he's no longer there and have had 3 doctors that have quickly left in the span of 2.5 years. Really? Don't know why they abruptly leave, but it's certainly alarming. But I've now cut ties completely, due for the complete lack of competence or compassion from the office staff. You will NEVER call and speak to someone in a timely manner. They have a long winded voicemail explaining they'll call you back within 48-72 hours. If you're lucky. They will charge you for missed appointments if not canceled within 24 hours, and that's understandable as the doctors time cost money. However, if they cancel with you within a couple of hours, forget it, they owe you nothing but a unapologetic voice mail and condacending attitude. They're not there to assist you, they're there as gate keepers that don't want to the job. Just sit around and chat with no urgency or concern for the time or needs of a patient. Ive seen this time and again with myself and observing others walking in, my biggest regret is staying there when I should have found another place long ago. I'm writing this in hopes of saving you the aggravation. This place lacks positive experiences but offers a lot of frustration, please look for a place that will treat you with care and respect you deserve."
