"I’ve had two excellent experiences with Arizona Pain at the Chandler Warner location. The communication between the entire staff was excellent from scheduling my first visit, to dealing with an injury from a MVA for my son. The providers are calm and take their time explaining why and how the care plan would play out. We also had zero issues when it came to working with our attorney for the MVA! Highly recommend Arizona Pain! Also a plus that the office is neat and clean."

"Good doctors and an excellent surgical/operation center. Unfortunately I'm giving the lower rating due to being misled about my insurance with regards to how they cover the place. I'm not sure if it was incompetency or the fact of how new my insurance is and that it's a UHC subsidiary (Surest / Bind). Other than that good so if you have no insurance issues then they are a great choice."

The staff seems don't have much knowledge and don't communicate with each other well. It also looks like they don't t take extra steps to provide the help the new patient needs. "I have been in pain for over a month. First appt cancelled 45 min prior due to provider "calling in". Finally get in the next week for exam with a PA, everything seemed fine, scheduled my injections out for multiple appts. Next I get a call that my 1st pain injection appt is cancelled because they don't have the medication for the injection. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. I am now at the Gilbert location hoping to keep my appts and finally get some relief! I am not even sure how you run a pain management business this way."

"My name is brandon reese and I’ve been a patient here for like 4 or 5 years now. I’ve never had an issue in this office ever. The Drs and the front desk people are fantastic and I get in and out very quick. I’m suprised by all the negative reviews and I honestly think that the negative reviews are coming from patients who actually went to a whole diffenrt pain management office/Drs. There’s another pain management called Arizona pain management, which is not this office or Drs. This one is called Arizona pain. They are 2 completely different businesses. I been to the other place years and years ago and I didn’t like that place much either. So if you’re deciding to write a negative review make sure you have the right place, they are very close in name so I get the confusion. But I can vouch for all the Drs and the front desk lady’s and tell you they are all great and take very good care of their patients. Arizona Pain have wonderful caring Drs who actually listen to you and want to help you get out of pain and have a better quality of life. I wouldn’t go anywhere else."
