NextCare Urgent Care

"It's so incredibly easy to give 5 stars here! It's easy to make an appointment online, the front desk employees are always so nice and I have yet to meet a provider who I don't like. The M.A.'s are always great and Jonathan Crapo is the provider who we've seen the most and his bedside manner is unmatched! He knows his stuff, is kind, compassionate and so perfect for the job! We've had to bring our kids here a few times on the weekends when their pediatrician is closed. My husband and I have also been seen here as our "go to" when we're sick because we have yet to find a PCP who we actually like, and they're so good here, that we're really not in a rush! If you need an Urgent Care, even if it's a drive for you, come to this location! You will not be disappointed!"

"After not being able to get into my PC Doc - and more than a few Urgent cares telling me it will be a 3hour wait - I went to NextCare. I was greeted, took a few minutes to fill out the paperwork and in 10 minutes I was in back. 5 minutes later the Doc was in, was pleasant. Took his time. Asked questions. It was as good an experience one can have at a doctors office. This will be my go to Urgent care moving forward."

"A part of me would like to rate better, but I just can't. My wife recently went to NextCare and thankfully saw a provider that appeared to be knowledgeable and do a good job. Ultimately, my problem is not with the provider, but NextCare in general. It is absolutely a horrible organization. Trying to get simple lab results should not take hours on hold. And, I know they say "use the portal" which is worthless. Due to an error, no results are available on the portal and no one answers the phone and when they do, they are rude and not helpful. I am a physician, so I know what good healthcare should be and this is not it. I recommend going to just about any urgent care other than NextCare. They may have some good providers, but the organization is absolutely horrible."

"Great clinic! Highly recommend. Friendly, clean, efficient and I love the Dr! Wish he could be my primary care. He was so good with my 2 year old, and very thorough and helpful. So glad I have this urgent care close to home."

"The location nearest to my house called me prior to my appointment to let me know they didn’t have an x ray tech on staff at that time. They rescheduled my appointment for me at another location. Despite it being a little over 25 minutes away, it was a good experience. The staff was friendly. The waiting room was clean and calm. The doctor was kind and empathetic. The service was fast. Overall good experience. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because the location near me told me they’d be able to do x rays then later said they wouldn’t."
