"I am furious with mom doc. I have been going for years and have had some of the best doctors. However I needed to be seen the next day and it was past business hours so I made the appointment online, I filled out every question it asked and even got a confirmation for wanting that appointment. Well that means literally nothing to them. They do not reserve the time, and they then reach out the next day to ask the same questions that I filled out on the online form. After that they give you times available for offices and times you did not select and act like it's totally fine? I have 2 autistic children and work a full time job, I had to call off of work and get a babysitter for an appointment that they didn't feel was important enough to hold for me when I did everything that is expected from me. The is incredibly unprofessional and I am out hundreds of dollars for calling out and getting a special needs babysitter all for me to not be seen for very painful problems. Save your time and go somewhere else."

"I had the WORST experience with Dr. Carlton at the Chandler MomDoc office. I am absolutely appalled and DISGUSTED by not only the absolute TERRIBLE bedside manner she had, but the blantant disrespect she portrayed.  I was originally scheduled with Dr. Mogor for an annual physical (he was amazing by the way) but due to religious reasons I requested a female doctor instead. Dr. Carlton, the female doctor, came in and immediately started berating me and asking unnecessary questions like "what if you were getting hip surgery or your appendix removed and the doctor was a man? What if you were having a baby?" in a very annoyed tone. I was there for a breast exam and pap smear, not ANY of the things she was mentioning. She also had no idea whether I was struggling with fertility or not when asking these incredibly rude and invasive questions, especially as a woman herself. She then went on to ask me personal questions about my body that had nothing to do with the exam and started to mention how she has been working 24 hour shifts. It was clear that she not only felt annoyed that she had to see me, but was also being extremely rude and disrespectful about it.She inserted the speculum roughly and without warning, which made the pap smear unnecessarily painful. I've never felt so violated in my life. If someone doesn't want to be a doctor and work hours that doctors have to work, they should find another profession- simple. But at the very least they should be a decent human being and treat all patients with respect. Even her assistant in the room was uncomfortable because she came back into the room after Dr. Carlton left to apologize for her behavior. The lack of empathy, awareness and class was embarrassing to see coming from not only a medical professional, but fellow woman of color. I will NEVER visit this establishment again, and I hope anyone reading this never has to interact with such a disrespectful and classless human being."

"I’m not pregnant but I needed to be seen asap and they got me in SAME DAY! And let me just say, I have NEVER had an experience like this, in any kind of doctors office. Everyone was so incredibly kind and they do such a good job at making everything as comfortable as possible. The doctors were so considerate and informative! I feel very well taken care :)"

"For each of my pregnancies, Andrea the ultrasound tech has always been so sweet and caring during our scans. She’s scanned my oldest who is now Seven years old, she’s scanned my middle child who is five years old and now my youngest who has been growing for the last few months ! I’m changing up my review because of my recent appointment with Dr. Curtis. I met Curtis on Tuesday and I haven’t felt okay since then. I met him because all other providers I was seeing before thought I should meet with a DELIVERY DOCTOR since I am now in my final weeks of pregnancy. The moment he came into the room, he was rushed, he didn’t feel interested in anything. He basically just told me the same thing the specialist they referred me to, told me EXCEPT he added more comments that were unnecessary. I thought, maybe if I am meeting with a delivery doctor I should ask him some questions about my birth plan and induction because that’s the route we have to go in. It’s not my plan, I have had two babies naturally before and it’s my FIRST TIME even talking about induction before 40 weeks because of the condition I have. Now with that being said, I asked him about the process and how it goes, how does it work, how do I know when to go to the hospital? This “Doctor “ looks me in the eyes and says to me, “Well let’s see how things go, it’s ultimately up to me on what happens. Who knows if your baby could go into cardiac arrest and you still have stillborn, it’s still a possibility “ then to go onto asking him about my twice a week appointments to monitor the baby , he then states “Doing that wouldn’t do anything because a stillborn happens in a matter of seconds. There’s really NOTHING you can do to prevent a stillborn, if the baby has a cardiac arrest then it happens again in a matter of seconds “ Then I go onto the medication I’m taking, he then states “Well that’s just to help the itchiness, we can up it again if you want to but that does no prevention” BUT THE SPECIALIST SAID DIFFERENT, Very unprofessional. at the very end of my appointment, he pulled his tablet close to him and asks “Oh what hospital ‘do you plan on delivering at’” Very snarky. I didn’t stick around any longer after because I couldn’t handle my emotions after. I called the yesterday to schedule my next appointment and asked to speak with a manager or someone about this and no one has called me back yet ."

"Andrea the ultrasound tech is beyond amazing! She was able to figure out why I was having pain and give me peace of mind with what was going on with my body. She is very compassionate and you can tell she is passionate about what she does and helping people. She stayed late just to do my ultrasound and is always happy and very informative every time I go to see her. After my ultrasound experience I switched to the Chandler office specifically so that Andrea would do my ultrasounds moving forward. 5/5 stars for sure! Andrea definitely deserves to be recognized and deserves a raise!!!"
